How it work?
For every B2C Jewels diamond you purchase you may trade up your diamond anytime after your purchase. We never limit the number of times you can trade in your diamond. This will eliminate the pressure to overspend today knowing that you can trade up anytime in future.
Complete details regarding the B2C Trade-In Guarantee:
1.  Every B2C Jewels Diamond purchase comes with the lifetime Trade-In Guarantee.
2.  You'll receive a full credit of the cost of your original diamond minus a 20% restocking fee to be applied toward your new diamond purchase.
3.  The purchase price of the new item must higher than the purchase price of the original item.
4.  The trade-in diamond must not be damaged or altered since the original purchase. If the diamond is in a setting please remove the diamond before sending it back to us. If sent within the setting, we can remove the diamond for you for a charge of $75 and send back the setting to you.
5.  We do not limit the number of times you can upgrade your diamond.
6.  You must have a copy of your original receipt in order to trade-in an item. Original certificates must be accompanied with the diamond you are returning for trade in.
7.  Only the original purchaser may trade-in a B2C purchase. This guarantee may not be sold or transferred to any other person or group.
