that upon receipt of your purchase, it will completely exceed your expectations.
If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace
or exchange any unworn item within 30-days from the day you receive it.
To Return an Item:
Please go to our website and go to the Return Order menu
item to return your item(s). You will need to enter your email address and purchase
order number and then you can follow the instructions on the page and successfully
return the item you purchased. If you face any issues feel free to contact the sales

EST. We will be happy to assist you through the process. Place a copy of your return
invoice and include it with your return item(s).
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all
original certificates(if applicable). There should be no scratches or marks on the
item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Items
received which have been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable. Also any
shipping charges on the original order will not be refundable. We have attempted
to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on the website as close to reality as
possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently
in terms of color and detail.
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice
plus shipping charges. B2C Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged while
shipping. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500:
You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request
a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to B2C Jewels.
- More than $500:
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail and Insured for the total
value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment
has reached B2C Jewels. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over
$500). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to B2C Jewels.
IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND NOT INSURED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF
THE ITEMS.
Packages of all jewelry items including loose diamonds and customized merchandise
must be received at our office within 30 days from the day you receive it.

All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (if applicable) and a copy of the invoice must
be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package
missing the certificate(s) will be charged a $100.00 per original certificate with
no exceptions (if applicable).
B2C Jewels LLC is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns
not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
Refunds will be given in the same way as payment was made. Please allow 3-5 business
days for processing after a return is received.
Special orders such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that you request but that
are not specifically shown on our website are non refundable items.
