If your order is being shipped via UPS Priority Overnight or 2-Day delivery service:

  • Signature is required for shipments totaling $750 or more, regardless of any waivers you may have with UPS.
  • UPS may require a signature for shipments under $750.

If your order is shipped by UPS Priority Overnight or UPS 2Day delivery service, a signature is required upon delivery for shipments totaling $750 or more. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.     If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail.

1.Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. B2C Jewels ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center 2-4 days after shipping from B2C Jewels. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. 2. Shipment of Jewelry

Your item will be placed in either a tasteful jewelry bag, or in a jewelry box tucked inside the distinctive B2C Jewels gift box.

3. Shipment of Diamonds and Set-Rings

B2C Jewels delivers all loose diamonds and rings over $1000 via UPS Priority Overnight. Your loose diamonds or built ring will be presented in a finely finished ring box. Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only and must not be worn.

Kimberley Process

In May 2000, responding to a growing grassroots movement on "blood diamonds," governments and the diamond industry came together in the South African town of Kimberley to combat the trade in diamonds from conflict zones. The result of these negotiations was the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, setting up an internationally recognized certification system for rough diamonds and establishing national import/export standards. In November 2002, 52 governments ratified and adopted the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, which was fully implemented in August 2003. In April 2003, President Bush passed a bill adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all US diamond retailers and merchants to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service is actively enforcing the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.
