B2C JEWELS EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN

At B2C Jewels, we strongly believe you should wear your jewelry and enjoy it fully—nothing should stand in your way. So, what about everyday wear and tear? It is to be expected but backed by our service plan, it is easy to keep your jewelry always sparkling like new. Available for a duration of one year or three years, the plan aims to cover a wide scope of services ranging from re-plating of rhodium to resetting diamonds.

WHAT OUR ESP COVERS

The B2C JEWELS Extended Service Plan (ESP) is a plan to address normal wear and tear issues and to keep your jewelry in a 'like new' condition. When you purchase the ESP, we will provide labor and materials necessary to address these issues. The ESP only covers repairs from normal wear and use. With the purchase of the ESP, the following services will be covered for 1 year OR 3 years as per the purchase of the plan:

  • Annual re-sizing of rings
  • Annual rhodium plating of white gold jewelry
  • Annual cleaning and polishing
  • Annual inspection of your jewelry
  • Prong replacement / Prong re-tipping
  • Repairs for normal wear and tear*
  • Replacement of accent diamonds up to 0.12 ct. per diamond
  • Resetting diamonds and gemstones
  • Repair of broken earring backs or posts
  • Repair of cracked or thinning band / shank
  • Free shipping both ways for covered services

*Nothing in the ESP obligates B2C JEWELS to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise other than normal wear and tear.

You don't have to pay a deductible to be covered under the ESP. To take enjoy the advantages of the ESP coverage you purchased, either bring your jewelry back to our New York Office or ship it to us, along with the invoice of your ESP purchase.

This applies to all online purchases of the B2C JEWELS Extended Service Plan. Unauthorized repairs or service may result in voiding of your ESP coverage. This includes any modifications, alterations, repairs or service by anyone other than B2C Jewels or a repair center we authorize.

  • Nothing in the ESP obligates B2C JEWELS to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise other than normal wear and tear.
  • Loss or damage resulting from theft and misuse or Acts of God is not covered under the ESP. The ESP is a service contract, NOT an alternative to an insurance plan. For comprehensive protection, we recommend our customers to consider an all-risk personal jewelry insurance.
  • The ESP does not cover any existing conditions that occur in the time between you purchasing your merchandise and the effective date of the ESP.
  • The ESP is not meant to replace any other warranties or guarantees applicable to the merchandise—it supplements them.
  • You are liable to perform all maintenance on the merchandise required by any applicable underlying warranties or guarantees to maintain the merchandise in usable and wearable condition, as detailed in those warranties or guarantees.
  • Damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance under such warranties or guarantees is not covered under the ESP.

MORE DETAILS ABOUT OUR EXTENED SERVICE PLAN

DEFINITIONS:
"Merchandise" shall mean the merchandise specified on Your invoice as covered by the Extended Service Plan. "Plan" means this Extended Service Plan. "Plan Price" means the purchase price for the Plan as shown on Your invoice. "We", "Us" and "Our" means B2C JEWELS LLC AT 580 5TH AVE, STE 1221 NEW YORK, NY-10036 TOLL FREE- 866-522-2539. We are the party obligated to provide services to You under the Plan. "You" or "Your" means the customer who purchased the Merchandise or recipient of the Merchandise, in the case of a gift, covered by the Plan.

WHAT IS COVERED:
This is a plan to address normal wear and tear issues. For Your payment of the Plan Price, We will provide labor and materials necessary to maintain the Merchandise in a usable and wearable condition, provided such service is necessitated by normal wear and tear of the Merchandise under the conditions for which it was designed to be used. The Plan coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following services, subject to the other terms and conditions of the Plan: annual resizing of ring, cleaning and polishing, annual rhodium plating of white gold jewelry, earring post repair, chain soldering, resetting diamonds and gemstones. All repairs shall be done by Us.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The ESP is not a replacement plan. Replacement of diamonds or gemstones is not included on the coverage offered by the Plan. Nothing herein shall obligate Us to repair the Merchandise other than as a result of normal wear and tear. This Plan does not include coverage for excessive or abusive treatment of the Merchandise. This Plan does not include coverage for loss or theft of the Merchandise or damage to the Merchandise resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or Act of God. If You purchase the Plan after You purchase the Merchandise, the Plan does not offer coverage for pre-existing conditions in the Merchandise that occurred after You purchased the Merchandise but prior to the effective date of the Plan.
The Plan is not meant to replace, only supplement, any other warranties or guarantees applicable to the Merchandise. You are liable to perform all maintenance on the Merchandise required by any applicable underlying warranties or guarantees to maintain the Merchandise in usable and wearable condition, as provided in said warranties or guarantees. The Plan does not offer coverage for damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance under such warranties or guarantees.

SHIPPING:
We would provide you a prepaid and insured second-day shipping label to send the Merchandise back to our New York office.

CREATE YOUR OWN JEWELRY:
In case of Create Your Own Ring / Earrings / Pendant, the Plan Price will be calculated on the total cost which includes the setting and the loose diamond(s).

TAXES:
The Plan Price is calculated excluding any taxes applied on the Merchandise.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
Our total liability under this Plan is the purchase price paid for the Merchandise as shown on the invoice. In the event that the total value of all authorized services We provide under the Plan exceeds the purchase price of the Merchandise (as shown on Your invoice), We shall have satisfied all obligations owed under the Plan. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE, INCLUDING DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THIS PLAN, OR LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS BEING REPAIRED OR OTHERWISE AWAITING PARTS.

NO DEDUCTIBLE:
You don't have to pay a deductible to be covered under the ESP.

WHAT TO DO IF COVERED MERCHANDISE REQUIRES SERVICE:
To receive authorized services covered under the Plan, the Merchandise must be returned to Our New York office either in person or by shipping the Merchandise. This requirement applies to all online purchases of the Plan. Unauthorized repairs or service (meaning any modifications, alterations, repairs or service by anyone other than Us or a repair center authorized by Us) may result in voiding Plan coverage.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS:
You are liable to provide the care and maintenance of the Merchandise as described above. You must maintain possession of Your invoice, which will serve as identification of Plan purchase as well as identification of Merchandise covered.

TERM:
The term of the Plan shall commence from the date the Plan is purchased (as shown in Your invoice) and shall continue for the duration of one (1) year or three (3) years (as shown in Your invoice), subject to Our limit of liability as stated above.
The Plan is void if the Merchandise is upgraded or traded in toward another item. You would need to purchase a new Extended Service Plan for the new item.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation by You. You may cancel the Plan for any reason at any time by calling Us or emailing Us and requesting cancellation.
If You ask for the ESP to be cancelled within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date of the Plan (as shown on Your invoice) and no services have been provided to You under the Plan, then the Plan is void and You will receive a full refund of the Plan Price.
If You ask for the ESP to be cancelled more than thirty (30) days after the original purchase date of the Plan or after You have received services covered under the Plan, then You will receive a prorated refund of the Plan Price (based on the duration of the Plan, solely for cancellation purposes), less the value of any Plan-covered services received.
Cancellation by Us. We may not cancel the Plan except for non-payment, fraud, or material misrepresentation by You. Notice of cancellation by Us will be sent to You at least thirty (30) days prior to cancellation, and We will state the effective date and reason for cancellation. If We cancel the Plan, You will receive a prorated refund of the Plan Price (based on duration of the Plan, solely for cancellation purposes), less the value of any Plan covered services received.

LIMITATION ON TRANSFER:
This Plan is only for the benefit of the original customer or original recipient of merchandise, in the case of a gift. It is not transferable to anyone else.

FULL FAITH AND CREDIT:
Our obligations under the Plan are backed by Our full faith and credit. The Plan is not guaranteed under a service contract reimbursement policy. The Plan is not an insurance policy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This document states the entire agreement between parties with respect to the Plan and no representation, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these terms.
